一星期服用兩個鐘 置身大自然放鬆

有研究指出,大家只要每星期在大自然逗留/活動兩小時或以上,就可以大大提升健康和幸福感。這個指標亦可以應用於長期病患者,幫助他們促進身心健康。


假如忙到連兩個鐘都騰不出來又怎麼辦?研究建議可以彈性處理!根據自己喜好和情況分配時間,讓自己輕鬆地培養習慣。例如超忙碌的時候,把兩小時分為四次,每次花半小時到郊外,或者在假日一次過在戶外逗留兩小時皆可。
