Exploring Lung Fu Shan
Lung Fu Shan Country Park is the smallest among Hong Kong Country Parks. It is a biodiversity haven supporting hundreds of species of butterflies and birds. You may also find century-old historical relics such as the Victoria City Boundary Stone and Pinewood Battery there. The hiking routes suggested in this map, Exploring Lung Fu Shan, begin with our centre leading to The Peak and the High West. You could enjoy fantastic views of Island West and Victoria Harbour on your way up.

Lung Fu Shan Workout Guide
There are 5 levels of walking/running trails, 4 “Work It Out!” routine - each routine with 3 levels accordingly (see the backside of the map), and 11 stretching exercises (see the backside of the map) for you to follow along. Read the exercise details on the map, or scan the QR code next to each routine for details of all difficulty levels.
