About Chenshou

Chenshuo was born in Xiang Yang, China and raised in Xi'an, China. He received his B.S in Aerospace Engineering Sciences in 2021 from the University of Colorado Boulder. As an undergraduate student, he chose to develop a deployment system for the Hypersonic Flight in the Turbulent Stratosphere (HYFLITS) project, which is used to collect turbulence data in this region of the atmosphere. After graduation, his strong interest in solid-state batteries promoted him to conduct the exploration in a brand new field. In September, 2021, he joined in Dr. D.M. Shin's group as a  MSc student, and start the research of Solvent-Free Single-Ion Conducting Polymer Electrolytes for the next-generation battery technology. Outside of the lab, he enjoys playing basketball, cooking, and travelling in the spare time.
